The United States Department of Education stated in 2005 that 44% of teachers who were leaving the teach profession, and 53% of those moving to a different school listed “student behaviour” as a major factor in their decision to make a change. Clearly, high-level skills in managing a classroom are required to be a successful teacher, and Frameworks 4 Learning LLC was created to assist teachers in reducing the incidence of disruptive student behaviour, thereby creating a school environment that is much more conducive to students’ academic success.
