I was excited to accept Dr. Fred’s invitation to discuss ways to resolve conflict. Since I believe that one style of conflict for all situations is no more appropriate than one style of clothing for all situations, we discuss the various options available to you. We also discuss why power struggles escalate during the teen years, and what to do about it. Finally, we discuss how to apologize effectively when you do something you regret.
